It’s here. A day I have been so excited for many months. It’s the premiere of STRONG on NBC tonight at 9 pm EST/8 pm CST.
I embarked on this journey back in September of last year. And it was a wild-ride. It was tough. It was challenging. It was grueling. It was way harder than I ever anticipated.
And what I got out of it was way different than what I thought I would. I went in to the show to try and change a girl’s life and transform her body, mind, and spirit.
